Poliedra Sanità has won the tender for healthcare asset valorization announced by the Lazio Region

Poliedra Sanità has won all lots in the tender issued by the Lazio Region for the valorization and reconciliation of healthcare assets.

On September 5, 2025, it was made public the award of the centralized tender launched by the Lazio Region for the “Provision of integrated services for physical inventory, economic valorization, and reconciliation with accounting results of movable and immovable assets of the Regional Health Authorities”.

The contract was awarded to the Temporary Business Group (RTI) composed of EY S.p.A. (lead partner), GPI S.p.A., and Poliedra Sanità S.r.l. (formerly Poliedra Ingegneria Clinica S.r.l.), which ranked first in all nine lots.

The service offered by Poliedra Sanità includes a comprehensive program for the inventory, valorization, and rationalization of the movable and immovable assets of the Lazio Region’s Health Authorities, with the aim of ensuring full traceability, accounting alignment, and certification of financial statements, in line with the Certification Implementation Pathway (PAC).

Specifically, the RTI will be responsible for:

  • Physical inventory of movable and immovable assets, as well as healthcare equipment, using biodegradable UHF RFID eco-friendly labels and advanced digital tools;
  • Reconstruction and updating of the Asset Register, combining accounting, technical, and documentation data from the companies’ systems;
  • Physical-accounting reconciliation of assets with administrative and property results;
  • Tracking of capital contributions and linking them to individual assets;
  • Technical and administrative diligence on properties, including cadastral and mortgage updates.

Following the award, a framework agreement will be signed between the Lazio Region and the RTI.

Each Health Authority will then be able to join the agreement through specific supply orders.

The project, with a total duration of 24 months, involves the integrated management of activities, with continuous technical-operational coordination between regional structures and project teams.

This program represents one of the largest national initiatives for the mapping and valorization of public assets in the healthcare sector. Thanks to the synergy between EY, GPI, and Poliedra Sanità, the Lazio Region will have access to a unified, digitally integrated information system, capable of improving investment planning, resource management, and administrative transparency.

The project will also contribute to the rationalization of public spending, environmental sustainability (through the use of eco-friendly labels and materials), and strengthening the asset management governance of the Regional Health Authorities.

This achievement further confirms Poliedra Sanità’s ability to actively contribute to the innovation and digitization processes of public healthcare, leveraging technical, technological, and organizational expertise gained from years of field experience.

With this award, Poliedra Sanità strengthens its position in the national landscape as a key partner for clinical engineering services, asset management, and the digitization of healthcare processes, supporting the modernization and efficiency of the National Health Service.
